Darren Shirley is the founder and president of Direct Customer Solutions. Since his entrance into the industry in 1995, he has been involved in numerous forms of the marketplace, including time spent with R&S Northeast, Apace Packaging, and Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Darren's experience in Vendor Relations and Business Development, partnering with manufacturers, sparked the idea for Direct Customer Solutions.
Darren is responsible for the management staff, including quality and regulatory. He additionally oversees the financial and strategic growth plans for the business while implementing new ideas into our customer relations department. He is particularly excited about the constant technology and development upgrades that are coming to the company.
Before joining the market, Darren received his Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. After, he attended graduate School at the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy in Brooklyn, New York.
When not at the office, Darren also involves himself in high school Health Sciences and Biomedical programs in his home state of Kentucky, which focuses on setting students up for success in a career within the healthcare field. Personally, Darren loves spending time with his family and on the golf course.

Jesse is the Executive Vice President of Direct Customer Solutions. Jesse joined the team near the start of the company, allowing him to support his team's efforts on providing world-class 3PL Solutions for our clients.
By ensuring his team has the resources and talent required to support our customers' needs, Jesse looks to the future in development of a fully automated warehouse to care for growing business needs, thus keeping our company on the cutting edge. He provides over 20 years of logistical experience to our staff.
Jesse received his B.P.S. in Organizational Development from Lipscomb University. Following, he received his M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University.
Before joining the Solutions family, Jesse spent 23 years in the United States Marine Corps before retiring as a Master Sergeant. He held various positions, starting off as a basic Marine then transitioning to Combat Aircrew aboard CH-53E platform, with multiple tours overseas.
Later in his career, he transitioned to command elements acting as a Director of Operations and a Senior Enlisted Advisor within Marine Corp Recruiting Command, 6 th District, Nashville, TN. After 23 years of service, he decided to retire to the Tennessee Area.
In his free time, Jesse spends time with his wife and 3 kids living on their small horse farm. Jesse has participated on the Wounded Warrior Scholarship Board, the Marine Corps Executive Group, and the Semper Fi Fund. He is also an ASPCA Supporter and SHRM Member. Jesse furthermore supports St. Jude's Children Hospital.

William Wells is VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations. As a leader with us, William delivers IT strategy and capabilities, which include data analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, development, support, infrastructure, and information security. He additionally gives oversight and proactive direction on strategy, standards, opportunities for automation, application of new technologies, and economies of scale.
Previously, William spent over two decades in information technology roles with the pharmaceutical industry and higher education at his alma mater, Western Kentucky University. William enjoys the ever-changing landscape of technology and the problem solving associated with that.
When not at the office, he enjoys being with his family outdoors or working on his family farm.
Greg Olson joined our organization in 2019 and is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining DCS, Greg has had a long career in both the commercial pharmaceutical and wholesale pharmaceutical industry.
During his career, Greg has served as the Vice President General Manager of Bindley Western Drug Company and Director of National Accounts at Bedford Laboratories. He furthermore served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at American Healthcare Packaging and lately as the Chief Operating Officer for Areva Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to his logistical and commercial pharmaceutical endeavors, Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration at Ohio Northern University.
Adam Keeth joins our team with over a decade of pharmacy sales experience. As our Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Accounts, Adam spearheads our 340B sales and distribution. He represents Direct Customer Solutions to brand, generic, and biologic manufacturers and entities dispensing 340B products.
Previously, Adam was with Walmart Inc., mostly within the Sams Club Pharmacy Division. He was the Director of Pharmacy Merchandise, where he led a team that ran joint business planning with strategic suppliers. He loves learning new parts of the industry and growing a business from the ground up.
Away from the office, Adam is an active participant in various conservation and outdoor activity focus groups and partnerships. He additionally likes supporting the Razorbacks as an alum of the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
Adam resides in Bentonville, AR with his wife Sherri and their four children.
Mr. Tallent has served as President of Tallent USA Consulting since 2017. He worked at Eli Lilly & Company for over twenty-five years where he held a variety of positions in sales, market access, strategy, and alliance management.
Tim currently serves as Vice President of Market Access and 340B to Direct Customer Solutions, where he leads their 340B and Specialty business development and strategy. He brings extensive business and operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry, keen knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer processes and infrastructure, and significant leadership experience. Mr. Tallent has demonstrated strategic vision, strong creativity, and entrepreneurial and leadership skills throughout his career.
Brent Holland joins the DCS family, bringing 26 years of distribution experience, with a focus in 3PL distribution. His strengths include solving operational challenges and mentoring associates toward career advancement. He will oversee operations at our Bells, TN and Jackson, TN distribution facilities.
Prior to his graduation from the University of Tennessee, Brent’s corporate background includes companies such as Fruit of the Loom, Stanley Black & Decker, and Ingram Content Group. He also serves his community as a member of the Jackson Rotary Club.
Allen Looney joins the DCS family, bringing over 20+ years of pharmaceutical and quality experience. He began his career as an analytical chemist and has held multiple roles focused on quality. His responsibilities included oversight of quality assurance in manufacturing and packaging, analytical laboratory management, Manager of Corporate Quality, and Director of Quality. Allen also worked for NASA at the Marshall Space Flight Center as a Payload Operations Lead for the International Space Station.
Allen places a strong emphasis on continuous improvement of quality systems, building strong teams, and development of his team members.
Allen graduated from the University of Alabama Huntsville, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. When not in the office, Allen enjoys spending his time with his family. He enjoys golf, fishing, and spending as many weekends as possible at Jordan-Hare Stadium. He supports St. Jude, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the MDA.
